Corporate Plan 2022-2024

This Corporate Plan starts the journey to achieving the Ashford Ambition that was developed in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders in 2020. There are three supporting themes:

Green Pioneer
Caring Ashford
Targeted Growth

Each theme has a long term aim, objectives and actions to achieve the outcomes that will contribute to realising the Ashford Ambition. This is summarised on page five of the plan below.
