If you are contacting us regarding a recent change to your housing register assessment, please be advised that a system update carried out overnight has temporarily affected some banding assessments. Our team is actively working to resolve this issue, and we expect assessments to return to normal within the next few days.
Please note that any confirmed changes to your banding will always be communicated to you formally via email or through your housing portal. These decisions can also be appealed through the same portal.
If you have not received any official notification confirming a new assessment, it is likely that the change is due to this temporary system issue. In such cases, we kindly ask that you allow up to five working days for your assessment to revert to its correct status.
If you do receive a new assessment or registration letter, full details of the next steps will be clearly outlined within that correspondence.
