According to South East Water, around 4000 residents in the Ashford borough are experiencing an intermittent supply of water.
In Charing, Challock and Molash, there are arond 500 properties experiencing low pressure, while there are 300 properties in Wye out of supply due to a burst water main. This in particular is proving to be a difficult repair.
In addition to the bottled water station at Challock Village Hall (TN25 4AU), there is now one open at Kingsnorth School (TN23 3EF). These are open from 12pm-9pm.
Once again, we understand how disruptive this is and thank residents for their patience. Further updates will be shared as soon as when we can share.
