Follow-up Advice

Pre-application advice is not intended to be a means to undertake lengthy and protracted negotiations on a proposal. It should be viewed more as an initial guide on the principle of the proposal and to identify potential barriers to achieving a positive outcome when an application is submitted. Specific advice from other external consultees such as KCC, EA and AONB units will fall outside of the pre-app advice and will need to be sought by the applicant separately. Follow up advice would then be limited to those issues raised by the initial pre-app and will exclude nutrient neutrality and technical Biodiversity Net Gain as this information can be found elsewhere on ABC & KCC websites.  For this, one further round of advice will be charged at 50% of the initial advice.
