Development Update

The Development Update is an annual newsletter that provides you with the latest position on Local Plan documents and how they are progressing and details of some of the major planning applications that have been received or approved within the borough.

The November 2020 Development Update is now available.

This newest update does not cover the Stodmarsh Protected Sites and nutrient neutrality issue, which affects part of the borough.  Further information about this is available on the nutrient neutrality webpage.

Due to the new data protection regulations under GDPR, the council will no longer hold a database for development update notification. New versions of the development update will be advertised on the main website, and through our press office and social media channels.
