Stables, Arenas And Horse Related Development SPD

This SPD was adopted in October 2014 and sets out advice and guidance for applications that are horse related and replace the previous Local Plan 2000 guidance - SPG8 Stables and Manèges.

The adopted SPD preserves much of the content of the previous SPG8 with some modifications to bring it up to date and to be more relevant to development where the site is not close to the owner's home. It also makes references to businesses such as livery yards, riding schools, stud farms and rescue centres.
