Planning history of a property

Using both the interactive map and the application search tool will provide substantial planning history for a property or piece of land back as far as 1974.

Planning application documentation

Documentation for applications from 2003 to present day are readily available online. 

Documentation for applications pre 2003 can be provided free of charge where reference numbers are provided.  A research fee may be charged where a reference number is not provided.
