What is Housing Land Supply?
The Council is required to publish annually a statement of the supply of deliverable sites in the borough over the five year period.

Housing Delivery Test Results 2023
The Housing Delivery Test (HDT) is an annual measurement of the housing delivery in the area. The 2023 results were published on 12 December 2024, and the HDT results was calculated at 117%.

Housing Delivery Action Plan (2021)
The Housing Delivery Action Plan has been produced to understand the nature and pattern of housing delivery across the borough and identify a series of actions to unlock any potential barriers to housing delivery.
