Applying is easy using our online form.  You can find the form via the 'Apply Here' yellow button at the top of this page.  The form will also calculate the fee you need to pay and you can use a credit or debit card to make payment.

Please be aware that we no longer support email submissions.  All applications will be required to be submitted online.  If you are unable to complete our online application form, please contact us.
