Repton Community Trust are looking for passionate, forward-thinking individuals to join their Board of Trustees and support their mission to create a stronger, more connected Ashford.

Repton Community Trust is an inclusive, community-led charity at the heart of Ashford. From their vibrant community centre, the trust deliver programmes that tackle isolation, support wellbeing, reduce poverty and create opportunities for all.

Trustees guide our strategic direction, ensure good governance and act as ambassadors for their work. The role is voluntary (expenses covered), with quarterly meetings and flexible involvement.

Repton Community Trust is welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and are particularly keen to hear from those with experience in:
