Landlord Accreditation Scheme

We want our residents to have good quality, safe, private sector housing.

As a result, we encourage private landlords to join our free landlord accreditation scheme.

The scheme offers the following benefits:

• Financial help for improving energy efficiency. Landlords gain access to ABC Energy Efficiency Grant for certain energy improvements.  This includes replacing existing gas boilers up to £2,000. All applications will be subject to available funding.
• Discounted professional training.
