+ Why are you stopping the service?
Due to the advances in technology, we would need make significant investment in the equipment we use to keep up with the latest technology used by the industry.
We are aware that there are a number of alternative suppliers available and we are confident that all customers will be able to find a service that suits their required needs.
+ What if Lifeline Anytime customers do nothing?
Please be aware that if they do not go with an alternative provider and they activate their Lifeline Anytime equipment on or after 1 April 2025 their request for assistance will not be answered.
+ What do Lifeline Anytime customers do with their Lifeline Anytime equipment?
If they want to cancel the lifeline service, please call the team on 01233 642095 and then a member of the team can guide them through on what to do with the equipment, as it depends on what equipment they have.
+ What happens with billing?
Lifeline Anytime customers will receive a final bill for services rendered up to 31 March 2025 or their termination date if sooner. No further charges will be applied after this date.
