Sponsorship licences

Ashford Borough Council is a licensed sponsor under the Worker (Skilled Worker) immigration route. Our organisation’s name and rating as a licensed sponsor is published on the relevant Register of Sponsors.

Our licence enables us to assign Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) to non-UK resident skilled workers. This will enable foreign workers to process their Skilled Worker Visa so that we can recruit to roles from overseas that cannot be easily filled by the domestic labour market.
