Infrastructure Planning and S106

Infrastructure can take on many forms.  It is essential to support the objectives for growth in the borough as well as supporting increasing housing provision, economic growth, climate change mitigation and creating sustainable communities.

Development is expected to meet the additional demand for infrastructure that it creates and new infrastructure should be required to delivered at the right time to meet the new demand.
