Private Sector Leasing Scheme

ABC Lettings are currently offering leases on family size accommodation in the Ashford Borough.

We lease your property for a term of between 3-5 years. During the term you receive a guaranteed monthly income.

We also cover void periods and all routine repairs/maintenance. At the end of the lease the property is returned to you in the same condition less an allowance for fair wear and tear.

In addition, we:

Cover boiler breakdown and the annual gas check
Complete an inventory at the start of the lease
Will not charge you any management fees
Guaranteed vacant possession at the end of the term

To qualify for the scheme the property must meet the relevant property standards. You also need to provide a valid Gas Safety Certificate (CP12), Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) covering the term of the lease.
