Ashford Borough Council can now offer you the option to receive your business rates bill by email rather than through the post.

Please note that if any notifications we send to you by email are returned to us twice as undelivered we will automatically cancel your e-billing request and will send any future correspondence to you through the post. If you wish to receive your bills by email again you would need to resubmit this online form confirming your correct email address.

Ashford Borough Council will only use your contact details to process your submission and for administration and statistical purposes. We will not pass your details onto a third party.

Your information will be retained as long as you are required to pay Business Rates, plus 6yrs.
