What form do I need to submit?

The type of application you submit will depend on the work being carried out. 

• Major/Minor work:  Full Plans or Building Notice.
• Works already completed before application:  Regularisation
• Demolition work:  Demolition Notice
• Electrical work:  Part P Form together with Full Plans or Building Notice
