If you move home you can let us know by completing our council tax change of address form. This form covers both leaving an address and moving to an address.

Landlords can also advise us of a change of occupancy to their property.

Change of circumstances

If you have had a change in your circumstances (including changing your name) which may affect your entitlement to a reduction, please tell us the details.

Notification of death

You can apply online for single person discount if someone you live with passes away and leaves you as the only occupant of a property. 

Complete our single person discount claim form to let us know if someone has passed away, but there remains more than one occupant of a property.
